Josiah Carey doesn’t lack confidence.
“If the coach gives me a play, I’ll execute it absolutely flawlessly,” the Pioneers guard told the Beacon in a recent interview.
Carey, who grew up in Brooklyn, got his first basketball at age 5. He played all four years at Williamstown High School before coming to William Paterson in 2023.
“Every time I enter a game, I give it my all,” said Carey, a management major. “If I see a fantastic shot, I’ll shoot it. I just want to give it my all and do my best.”
